Whoever was on staff at the time I was in to order, deserves a raise. This was the best and fastest service I have ever received... at any Dunkin I?ve ever been to. The girl with the glasses & black hair in the drive through is very nasty. More than once I had a bad experience with her, she... acts like were going there to get food for free. They gave me hash browns hard as a rock which were inedible, I use a cain towalk, went inside explained my kids couldn?t eat this. They did change them but as I walked out I was mocked by her and anotherkitchen prep & was told ?Happy Mother?s Day( it was not Mother?s Day)? as their supervisor stayed back and did nothing abouther staff mocking a disabled person. Just picked up 3 croissants stuffers and all of them were cold.on the inside. Isnt this bad health hazard. I am sure these are... frozen and warmed as needed. What is going on here? I don't know if it's short staff or teenagers getting their first job but it has gotten worse in time.... Often have had trouble where they don't have donuts or munchkins (the 1 time of the year I go to buy them). The hot beveragesare inconsistent and the cashier's are inconsistent with giving basic attention to the customer. Needs seriousimprovement.....oh, and be prepared to wait extravagant amounts of time when you're trying to get to work. Read more
I have been here a few times and always the same issue with employees. Yesterday I was inside and counted six individuals... standing behind the counter talking to each other and looking at me. Not one acknowledged me standing by the register. two wereright in front of me. There is no reason it should take ten or fifteen minutes to buy a coffee.
