Cute little cafe in the downtown area. Reasonably priced menu with plenty of diverse options, decent portions. Everyone loved... the hashbrowns. Go early because it definitely gets packed in the sitting area. Would happily go back! Read more
The food was really good my boyfriend order a Turkey Sandwich and I order a Chicken Ceasar Wrap. I love to support local... business and I get happy to visit one. This is the first time writing a review and its sad its not a nice one. But, it was ourfirst time and we enter and nobody approached to say ?Welcome or It is your first time here? we didn?t knew how to order or ifwe had to sit or order at the register so boyfriend grab a menu that was on the counter and It was uncomfortable cause nobodyapproached or look if we need help, and one of them look at us like she didn?t want us there, so I ask if we sit or order thereso he said we can sit. The server came and I ask what was the Coffee menu ( to see what kind of coffee drinks they had ) shesaid they dont have and I look they have an espresso machine and hot coffee and she only offer hot coffee until I said do youhave latte and she said yes but no suggestions on milk or flavors. While we were eating the server didn?t approach or said if weneed something, only when we already finished everything and hand us the count and left. We are really nice people and expectgood communication and good service. Customer service is about the details and this place doesn?t have that sadly. People expectto know where they are going to eat or get served. Sometimes its about treatment. It can be change by management to teach aboutcustomer service. But I just hope it get better. ?? Food is good. Unfortunately you probably won't get a correct order if you aren't sitting in the cafe. Always missing part of... order. Sometimes completely wrong food. Ordered today to pick up a 3 stack of pancakes... came with 2. Also, you are a businessand its pathetic that you don't have containers for what you sell. I used to love Howells, but over the years they have gone down hill. They cut corners on quality and still charge you the same... price or more. One thing I've always loved there though, is the burgers. Obviously, they've decided to go the way of savingmoney because what I just bit into was disgusting. It's like a cheap knock off of a frozen bubba burger. I've had better burgersat McDonald's. And that white thing on top of the burger was inside the meat and is hard as a rock. So, not grizzle. I have been going to this place for sometime now, I like their juices. I wish I can go more off ten but I live faraway so every... time I?m in the area I?ll stop by.
