Called and ordered a pizza was told twenty to thirty minutes, after an hour and ten minutes called the store to see where it... was, and was told "he's not far, he is our only driver" Waited another twenty minutes and nobody ever showed up. Prettypathetic! Read more
Our order was hot and ready for pick up . When we arrived home everything was correct and good. The person who made our food... Friday night did a excellent job. I wish it was always like this. If I could afford to give you guys a $100 tip I would! We order from dominos almost everyday and they food is always right and... hot! Delivery is always fast. Your store is awesome. Thank you Jacob, Bryan for making our food almost every day and to all yourdelivery drivers! Keep up the great work and never leave! Lol Read more
Normally good and hot & orders have been correct so far. This location could train the employees better. New employees are put... on the phones to soon without help near them to assist in putting the orders in. It gets frustrating being put on hold multipletimes b/c they keep making mistakes & not having any knowledge of the menu or what's on the menu or if there's any specials. Itsunprofessional for the employee to say I DONT KNOW when I asked what the specials were or the prices. Lets just hope Dominosdon't have these people making our food b/c its gonna get somebody sick one day. Read more
My service tonight was INCREDIBLE!!! I was breasted so nicely by the two gentlemen working. I had ready, fresh out of the oven... pizza and these men had AMAZING customer service!!! They were so professional and also made a personal connection as well!!! Read more
I ordered on the app half no onions and got no onions on all. I use the app because i get deals that they don't honor if i call... in. I also ordered a deep dish pizza and it was raw. When i called them i was told not to use the app because it is glitchy andif i wanted deep dish pizza to be done then i need to order it well done and they will cook it twice. Shouldn't they make sureit is done without it being a special order? After talking to 2 people who only managed to make me mad suggesting it was myfault they finally put a manager on the phone. Then i found out they delivered my food to the wrong address first. That is whymy food was cold.lol Anyway the manager was the only one with any customer service skills. He gave us a $20 credit. We spent $38but I did cook the raw pizza myself and we ate it so I didn't expect to get it for free. I know mistakes happen and the managerdid try to make it right so that is why I gave 2 stars. I will re evaluate later based on future experience. I hate giving poorreviews. Read more
Price is way too pricey for me especially if you order it and then bring it to you I couldn't believe the prices I'll stick with... LaRosa's the food is really good and their prices seem to be cheaper sorry guys Read more
