I'm sure they are struggling to find help like everyone else, but the cleanliness of this restaurant was downright disgusting. I... waited long enough to get bombarded by flies at the register, there were ants crawling around the drink station. You could seetrash and debris under everything. I ended up leaving without my food and didn't bother to ask for a refund. This place needs tobe shut down. Read more
Service is great except I feel deeply terrible for the employees that have to serve meth heads in Goshen that show up 10 minutes... before they close. That drive thru is always packed and people are entitled. Read more
Have stopped going there for Sunday morning breakfast. Have figured out going a mile the wrong direction gets us better food and... we still get to church on time. Read more
Employees are very slow, no sense of urgency. Ignore customers waiting at counter. Would not recommend, if need McDonald's in... Milford go to Lila Avenue. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered 3 large cokes half diet half regular (we've been ordering them this way at this... location for over a year) and the girl at the window got a massive attitude and said they don't do that. When I explained to herhow to do it and that we regularly order them that was she responded "whatever. Pull forward" we pulled up to the window and sheproceeded to tell us that her manager said she can't fill the order at the drive through and would have to "do it ourselves" ifwe wanted it then demanded we pay for a regular soda. Nope. I'm not paying for something I didn't order, even though that's whatusually happens at this location. I could probably count on one hand how many times this location has served me a correct orderin all the years they've been open. If you want good service and a correct order go to Miami township, skip Goshen. Read more
