Waited over 20 mins in line for a sub that tasted awful not at all like subway used to be,they was way to busy doing app orders.
Today is the 3rd time we have ordered PRO subs through the App for pick up in Gowanda. Each time they charged for the PRO and... it was a normal foot long. I NEVER have this problem at the Salamanca location. I will not be ordering from this locationagain. Read more

I asked for a limited time only sub and they were out of the ciabatta rolls and it was all down hill from there I was asked if I... wanted a different roll I reluctantly said ok and she put the same amount of toppings as the specialty sub and tried to chargeme for two 12 inch subs and I said absolutely no I was already disappointed because they didn't have the roll the sandwich issupposed to come with and the manager and district manager were very Rude and basically told me to go F... myself several timesrecently they have had issues with the rolls like no wheat rolls on a Friday night. The worst experience I have ever had at any subway location ever. Protein Bowl had nothing but chicken and hot sauce in it. I... was really looking forward to the greens that had been selected during the ordering process. How ever none of them made it in myorder.
