Could use a good cleaning...starting to look like everyother restaurant in Jamestown. Service is quick most of the time though

I went there the other morning for a large iced coffee and usually they?re pretty good with it but I received this instead?.this... is before I even drank any or took the straw out of the wrapper. Just a little disappointed to spend $5 on a medium iced coffeeinstead of the large that I technically ordered and paid for. ???? Read more

I ordered online using the app. I selected to have it ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it had been 15 min and they didn't... even start the order. The employee at the counter said they never make them until the customer comes in, so I had to wait.Completely defeated the purpose of using the app. She said the order didn't go through and had to look at my phone to see what Iordered. She brings me my coffee with cream and sugar on the side which my order never Indicated it should be. She argued sayingthe order stated OS for on the side. It definitely did not say anything of the kind. Had to mix it myself. They used vanillaflavored ground coffee instead of the Vanilla syrup that I paid for. Never had a problem at any other Tim Hortons. I will not begoing there again. Read more

I ordered three donuts, an iced coffee with caramel and some sandwiches today and upon inspection I got only two donuts of the... wrong kind. The man who took our order did not listen to us and we needed to correct him on several things we were trying toorder. The lady who took my card was sweet and replaced the two donuts with the right kind but didn't put in the third that ihad ordered, my coffee didn't have caramel in it, and I did not receive my receipt so I couldn't go over what they put in theorder and what was just done wrong. The store wasn't in a rush, we were the only ones in the drive through. The food wereceived was good but the overall customer service and lack of accurately filling the order was just very poor. I was waiting to order and they weren't that busy at all. They saw me wait and just stood there on the other counter. I... seriously thought that they were busy doing something so probably didn't say anything to me because of that but no. At least ifthey told me to go to the other counter, I would. The employee just stood there "waiting" as she and the rest of the employeeswere laughing and joking around. Then, she literally walked in front of me to leave the store to do something. Not a single oneof them said anything until like 5 minutes later. Initially I thought it's because I am Southasian. I thought they were racistbut now I read so many bad reviews from so many people and can tell that I am not the only one. Read more
