It's run by a bunch of teenagers who goof around and could care less about the customers. They took forever getting us our food... and then gave us the wrong food. We noticed it was incorrect when we got home and were too irritated and hungry to go back anddeal with them all over again. Food was boring and bland. I definitely would never come back here. I've been here a bunch of times, but this past Saturday might be the last time I go. It wasnt because of the food or the... workers, but because of the manager and how he treated his workers... I called after work on Saturday and ordered a steak andcheese. The young lady on the phone took my order and asked what type of cheese I wanted, but never asked about anything else.I've never had to explain that I dont want mushrooms, peppers and onions and this day she didnt ask so I assumed I would havegotten just a steak and cheese, plain. I went inside and picked up my food and the manager was there with a few teenage guys, heseemed to be yelling at them and if not yelling at them, talking down to them might have been a better description talking tothem about how to close up bread or something like that. I sat at the counter for a bit listening to this guy talk to these kidswhen the young lady finally asked everyone if anyone had talked to me yet.. The manager said something along the lines of, "Nobut drop what you're doing and help him". She did and was very polite. I got my food and brought it home and realized it hadthe mushrooms, peppers, onions etc. I called and spoke with the manager and asked if i could come back and exchange my food fora new sandwich, to which he was fine with that. I drove there and as I was walking in, this manager was literally yelling at theentire staff about my steak and cheese talking about accountability. I felt terrible as these kids should not have been yelledat like this, it was an honest mistake that I thought was taken care of. I just feel terrible for the kids who work there ifthat's who they have managing them... If any of you kids who were working there this past Saturday read this post, I really hopethat me asking for a new sandwich did not get you guys yelled at like I saw.. If you're the manager reading this, you shouldlearn how to talk to people better, especially younger folks you have working for you. I would not Read more

Lots to choose from but then it's microwaved. Update 27Jul...I'm still not convinced. How much mayonnaise does a chicken cutlet... really need? And did you run it over before I got it? Is a 20% tip in advance not enough? Lesson learned, won't be going back. Read more

Ordered online, happy customers! The parking lot is anarchy and the steps are non-standard, but it's still there for a reason. ... Hooray for glass displays of all the goodies you hadn't considered~ Read more

Food always good...if you can get served in less than 20 minutes. Literally 7 people (teens) employed there that I counted. Once... you can get someone to take your order, if they're not too busy debating which spider man is better or teenage mutant ninjaturtles (7/3/22), you might get the correct order at some point. Really too bad... Read more

We've been to this location multiple times while visiting our daughter in a nearby town. This was our first visit after/during... covid so it's been a while. I could go on and on as I typically do, but I'll keep it simple. I ordered a Chicken Parm onItalian. The bread was very fresh and sandwich substantial. The problem for me is this was not a fresh chicken cutlet... it wasa pressed chicken Cutlet and for $9.75, I just can't get past that . Very disappointing Read more

This is a fantastic local deli, a great mix of classic staples and innovative sandwiches. Prepared in a fresh, fast and friendly... manner, I've been nothing but impressed everytime.o drop by. They have a few locations on the greater Worcester area, which isgreat if you get around a bit. Hopefully they'll open one up in Shrewsbury and I'll be able to enjoy their food morefrequently!
