Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. Would love to have Dominos back. At least Dominos would add jalepeno peppers to your cheesy... bread. Grafton pizza hut doesn't add to your order even if you agree to paying an up charge for added items. And always getsprefers wrong. Will drive 30 minutes next time to get my order the way I want it. Pizza was ready when they said it would be for carry out. The stuff crust and thin & crispy crust were both great. Everyone in... my party loved the pizzas and the cheese sticks. Only complaint is not enough marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Great job. Read more
I was held up in the drive thru for 15m while the car Infront of me had an issue w there order. That individual should have been... directed to pull around so myself and 3 other cars could pick up and leave. There is no sense in ordering online for pickup towait an additional 15m in the drive thru and your food is lookwarm on pickup. C'mon Hut Read more
I've always had excellent, and friendly service here. The quality of the food appears to be improving as of late. The pasta... dishes have had more uniformly cooked noodles, with less uncooked bits at the edges and the brownies are the best anywhere.???? Read more
I am a die-hard Pizza Hut Supreme Pan Pizza fan!! The past couple of years, it has been hit or miss. Including my last... experience, the pan pizza was more hand tossed than pan. The facility in Grafton, WV was exceptional. The order was ready ontime. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pizzas were great (just not thrilled about the crust on my pan Supreme). Hasthe process changed? Can I no longer get that pan crust that surpassed all others? I worked at pizza hut many years ago.Everyone always asked if I lost the luster for pizza after working there for several years. The answer is... Never have I ever!!No-one out pizzas the Hut! I still love Pizza Hut pizza, just crave that pan crust back in the day! Read more
I would leave -5 stars if I could. We have been waiting over 2 1/2 hours for 2 pizzas!! Utter BS. Never ordering again. Oh. And... we live 5 min away. There?s no excuse other than pure laziness. I?ve ordered here many times and always have this issue but thiswas the last straw. We?re done. Good luck to anyone who orders here. It?s either wrong or late as hell. Read more
