Usually very good food. Must have been busy day. Cream of broccoli soup was a bit watered down.
They still make a good sandwich. The prices are quite high, as a family of 3 depending on our order, we can eat at a sit down... restaurant for the same price. With in the last week we placed an order for a sandwich and a bowl of broccoli soup. The soup waswatered down so much that we've decided not to return for a while. Read more

The man that took my order, was VERY NICE, with a heartwarming smile.???? He missed that I wanted a double meat sub, that I... noticed after reading my receipt. I let him know, and he was ON IT, to make sure my order was what I wanted. He is a middleaged,"Black/African-American" man. Also, when he informed the sandwich makers of his mistake, they did not complain. Service was super slow. Called in an order for two simple subs, which the employee on the phone noted they are busy and would be... 20 mins, understood. Arrived to the store with 5 people waiting for their orders in the lobby, but no one in line to order. Itended being another 30 min wait for my two subs. A lady in the lobby said she had 1 sub and was waiting for close to anhour. Not sure what was going on that day...while I could see they were busy with some large call ins...they did a very poorjob of making sure other and smaller orders that should take less than a minute to make (used to work at a cousins) were beingmade. They seemed staff adequately as there appeared to be 6 workers at my arrival. During all this one employee appeared tohave taken a break and the register person probably should have helped make subs...since they were just standing around waitingto take orders that no one was in line for. To make things worse, there was about 1 or 2 walk ins during my wait for my phoneorder, which one of these did receive their order before mine. Which makes me think one employee was assigned to make thecall-ins...which not sure what they were doing. Very frustrating as someone that generally very patience and know the stress ofworking during busy times. Id decided to give the review 2 stars vs 1, cause the food was good and the employees were nice.However, the overall experience was not good. Long wait, food is very bland. Subs thrown together with sloppy presentation. Asked for jalapenos, got a clump in the middle... of the sandwitch and the Mayo wasn't spread. Got a meatball sub witch isn't bad at all but was cold a couple times. I rate subrestaurants in order from best to worst starting with the best subway then jimmy johns then chocolate factory then cousins thenfirehouse subs. Read more
I?ve been buying subs at this location for years and every time I ask for extra lettuce (that?s my only request) and every time... they give you sad barely any lettuce. Doesn?t matter if you tip niceur sandwich will disappoint. Idk why I keep coming back. Read more
