No one was ahead of us in the drive thru. Ordered and paid quickly. When we were told to pull ahead and park there were three... other cars waiting ahead of us. We waited over 15 minutes and finally got our food almost 20 minutes after we had paid for it.Our order was not large either - 2 chicken sandwiches. I?m a huge lover of Culver?s since it was my first job as a teen. The Grafton location is close to home so my family and I go... through the drive thru once a month or so. Tonight we ordered my toddler a snack pack and her burger was bright pink on theinside. Constantly disappointed by the food quality of this location but I tend to keep giving them chances in hopes somethingwill change. We will not be returning to this Culver?s again. Read more

Went to Culver?s for ice cream tonight. Ordered a mini concrete mixer with hot caramel and cookie dough. The concrete mixer had... peanuts, m&ms, and brownie pieces in it also which were not part of the order. Thankfully don?t have any food allergies orsensitivities. Called the manager and he was not apologetic whatsoever and said it ?happens all the time? - complete jerk on thephone. Don?t recommend going here if you have any food allergies or sensitivities because they clearly don?t care about crosscontamination. Read more
if you're African American and live in this area just don't go. The most disrespectful employees i've ever encountered. If i... could give 0 stars I would. They became flustered because of the facility being short to only 3 employees. I normally come hereconsidering it's close to me, which is why it caught me by surprise. Walked out. Came inside around 12:45 today. A elderly man was at the counter trying to get help. 4 Culver?s employees and 1... manager were assisting him. Seems they gave him baskets for his food. He needed some paper of sorts to make his meal less messy.The manager said to give him a tray paper. He asked for a what they wrap stuff in. The manger says they don?t have that in thebaskets. You have to ask for that. The older man said that he wanted it for keeping the sandwich from staining his clothes. Hesaid Culver?s should provide them and walked away. I started to place my order. I soon heard the manager say that the man cancomplain to Culver?s. He was talking to other employees and mocking the older man. Never heard him apologize to the man or tellhim he would forward his request. Just couldn?t understand his treatment of a reasonable request. Went out the door and saw theCulver?s is just a stones throw from Village Point senior center. I will pass on the place as they are lacking the good customerservice that Culver?s is famous for.
