I've never been overly impressed at this location, but recently had a rough experience that was the 'icing on the cake'. Had a... pickup order that was not ready when I arrived, then when I got it home I realized both pizzas were not what I ordered andobviously someone else's order. I drove back and they did make my pizzas but seemed pretty annoyed. There was no apology,there was no offer to try and make up for it, really just not great customer service, not even a sorry this happened. I totallyunderstand that accidents happen, but the lack of the bare minimum left a rough impression. Also the remakes really skimped ontoppings even though I had paid for extra. Read more
Not worth the waste of time just to have your order cancelled. Nothing but trouble ordering delivery for months.
Their OPEN hours mentioned on their site and on google are both wrong. I have tried over various months trying an order after... 10pm on the weekend and EVERY TIME there is no response on the App, website, and end up trying to call all for nothing justrings. Tried minimum of twice for 10min each. Either the website stating 11pm/12am and googles 1am are all wrong. OR the storeis closing or not letting people order after 10pm. This is very annoying as i have given them a long time to "recover" fromCOVID-19 being an excuse. Please fix this information. Read more
Every pizza I get is messed up. This time a buffalo chicken pizza with no buffalo sauce.
At first we didn't get Buffalo sauce for the Buffalo chicken pizza, then we get a pizza that has nothing but sauce. Not really... a complaint more of an observation that if you don't like to redo things then maybe you should do it right the first time. Read more

Preordered pizza for future delivery 3 hours prior. Delivery time came and went so I check their order tracker. Of course it was... not functioning. Call the store and you get an automated response saying your food is on the way. They arrive 36 mins late - noexplanation or apology, and pizza was cold. Pre-tipping was a mistake.
