The food was good. I had a simple chicken fajita salad. It came on a plate without the taco shell bowl. Personally, I liked... it better this way as the shells always seem too greasy. The food was good. I would ask for hot sauce or some extra salsa asthe dish was bland. The cocktails are super! I had a paloma drink that was really good. Not too sweet and veryrefreshing. Staff seemed in short supply. Pretty much happens everywhere. However, when someone finally took our order, theywere efficient. Facility is clean with traditional decorating. Enjoyed our meal. I haven?t been to Lobos for almost 2 years. My coworker recently told me now they ?stepped it up? and she has been happy with... her recent experiences. I was meeting a friend for dinner and I recommended it. Not only was there a dead fly in our chips, theserver Ana stuck her hands in my glass when it was still 1/3 full and took it away without me finishing. I?ve been in food andbeverage for over 12 years. I can say it was the worst customer service experience I?ve had since living I the area for 5years. We didn?t matter (not that we have too), but a little friendliness and attention is what is expected. She made us feellike we were a bother and not worth her time. And we didn?t even ask for anything but our food and beverages. We were notannoying or demanding in any way. She talked to my table while walking away. When we found a dead fly, with the legs alreadypartially missing and in the basket under other chips, she asked if it had just flew I the basket when we were not looking. Weexplained politely that was not what happened. Then (as any restaurant should do with bugs in their food) they offeredsomething complimentary. My friend and I asked for another beverage. Since there were two I politely said ?only one beverageis free.? The server Ana brought out one drink with two straws. So I went In and asked for my friend to get a refill. Thecomment back ?only one free drink!?. I said ?of course?. Had she listened the first time without walking away disrespectfully,she would have heard the request to get two and only pay for one. I am absolutely stunned by the disgraceful service. Irecommend taking meals for carry out. Part of customer service is just being a decent human being. I?m sorry if your having abad day, or maybe just do not care. Then get a different job. I worked food and beverage jobs half my life. And I cared aboutthe customer experience. Our tacos didn't have any sauce. My was: dry taco, pepper and onion. The second: dry taco too, very minimalist portion of meat,... a few cubes of tomato and green salad. We were super disappointed. Sorry, but I will not came to risk to eat it again. I do moreprofessional tacos at home. I would not say even, that my meal was vegetarian, because there's wasn't any proteins inside (justlike dry bread with onion and pepper, even without spices, try it at home), a tomato or something else. Even any limon on theplate. The second plate of tacos with "meat" was almost "vegetarian". It didn't has any taste. The Service was not that great and had to wait 15 minutes after I had received my menu to get someone to take my order. I did... not get a refill for a while. Also had to wait on food for a while. Several waitresses passed me by and did not ask if I neededa refill or any more chips or Salsa. Kind of rude staff and pricey for Spanish food. Was not really that good either. Read more
I had a great meal. Guacamole was very fresh. Fajita portion was huge. I sat at the bar and the bartender Jasmine was great. ... Nice small atmosphere. Will definitely come again. Read more
