I went on the website, and it says that their site was updated one week ago by phone call. It says you close at 11. It is 9:50... and no one is answering orders. There is a police officer, and almost 5 other people in line. I drove up to both windows, noresponse. It look like no one is working in the building, and after waiting for over 10 minutes, someone turned the lights off.No one got their order taken. Read more
Convenient location and usually pretty fast, but often disappointed in the freshness of food and order accuracy here. Not the... worst McDonald's, but not losing the pack in any way. Read more
So majority of the time the staff are wonderful. I know they are short staffed, so some days are slower than others receiving my... order. Especially in morning. There is only one manager I believe, blue collared shirt, that is grumpy all of the time in themorning. Otherwise, overall staff is pleasant. Rarely have mishaps on order. Read more
Order and pick up went smoothly. Although there were many vehicles in line, it went quickly. Order was correct, napkins in the... bag. A good day at McDonald's. June 4, 2022 Young lady taking orders at drive through was new, couldn't get my orderstraight. Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal was $12 and when I tried to get her to adjust, it went to $23. Gavin, the young manat the window went overboard to straighten out this mess and made sure I was a happy customer before I left. Gavin is a fineemployee and I suspect great things in his future. Renovated look and same food. The kids play area is a bit claustrophobic inside and over all very small.
We have been here a few times and the first time about 2 years ago I took photos because I was so impressed with the layout and... design. Very nice McDonalds but now 2 years later and the service is poor and the ice machines are broken. Bathrooms and diningarea are dirty. Hopefully it comes back because it could be a great location. Went to the drive through and got the usual fast and friendly service. I feel like McDs burgers have gotten more tasteless in... recent years though, with both the buns and patties, and the buns seem dryer/stale also. Still won't keep me away from thisAmerican Icon. Read more
