Honestly it is the worst meal I ate in a long time. Something was not smelling right in the asian noodles. It was the spicy beef... and I asked for extra noodles which they apparently provided but... From another source since 1/4 of the pasta was not coloredthe same and didn't had the same savor. My wife and I ordered for broccoli but either one got some. If only the meal was good Iwould be okay, mistakes happen. But it was really disappointing taste and flavor. This is the first negative review I post ever.Hope it was just a bad day for them because the standard can not be that low. Read more

Took over an hour to retrieve an online order that had been placed an hour before we even arrived to give them ample time to... prepare our food?.they offered us a free cookie as compensation but didn?t even give it to us in the bag and forgot the chickenin one of the dishes. They had claimed there was no mobile order for us and made a big show about having to go look to find itonly for it to have the wrong name written on the bag (wasn?t on our part as it was the correct name on the receipt). There wasalso jalapeños put in one of the dishes that weren?t requested to be put in there. Definitely won?t be returning to thislocation. Read more

Always a good show there. The portions are nice and the food seems healthy. The prices are good and their service is great!

Standard noodles, just a short distance off of the freeway. Atmosphere is nice and laid back, and there's not usually a problem... in finding a table whenever I've visited. Food is standard fare for Noodles & company, the service is good and friendly. I wasable to get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, considering I had takeout. Read more

My wife and I like Noodles & Company for a quick, easy dinner. We always order carry out, as the restaurant really lacks... atmosphere! We noticed a significant improvement in the food quality and taste since the pandemic restrictions eased. Read more

They've closed off half the seating, so I couldn't sit where I wanted, and apparently they are no longer using real plates for... dine-in. I specifically got dine in so I wouldn't create more plastic waste. If I wanted a to-go bowl, I would have gotten mydinner to go! No veggies in my Japanese pan noodles (2 pieces of broccoli and one mushroom), and the noodles were soggy insteadof chewy like they're supposed to be. No chopsticks available unless you ask. Trash was full to the point of overflowing. Dobetter! Read more

This location used to be great but over time it?s declined in quality severely. They screw up orders a lot and the food itself... has gone down too, the food here used to be amazing but now it?s barely above school cafeteria quality and prices on a fewthings were jacked up on top of all that. My last experience with them, my order was missing something and while they did refundme for the missing piece, they also gave me a free bowl coupon?. That was already expired. Certainly won?t be returning to thislocation ever. Read more

Good food for a chain, actually way above average. Don't know if they are all this good because this is the only one I have been... to. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30 am) stating I would pick it up in an hour. When Iasked for the order at 11:20 the polite and friendly young lady at the front desk picked up went down a lengthy line ofneglected order receipts and said it just came in. To their credit I was out of there with the complete order by 11:30. I alsonoticed that not one of the food prep or food bagging people wore gloves. Not a big deal for me but it seemed unusual for afood service company these days. Read more
