A group of 10 of us orders wings from three different places, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Buffalo wild wings. Out of all three... Buffalo wild wings stood out the best for your money, you're not buying breading you're buying chicken that's treated withaccording for wings. And I would have to say that Pizza Hut was the worst. I wish I would have gotten the guys name but I had some amazing service this evening the app was sending me in a loop and not... allowing me to order the guy that answered hooked me up with a coupon he had at the store and our pizza was ready in no time healso was great explaining my card wouldn?t be charged even if shows for the online order that failed. The quality of the pizzas has gone down terribly! I can understand reducing the menu options, but the crust had a stale oil... taste, and was hard, not really crispy, more hard/tough. Very disappointing from Pizza Hut. I've been a forever customer so I'lltry again, however it seems the menu changes and quality control are for the worse. Simply inexcusable. Forgot our bread sticks, exploded cheese all over our stuffed crust, stale/moldy dough...need I go on? My... wife and I have been Hut nostalgists our whole lives and ordered from this location many of times. To not return phone callsabout the mishap just grinds my gears.
