The staff was nice, but the coffee is definitely overpriced, and pretty bitter. Gotta add sugar to balance that bitterness.
They made the wrong drink for me. When I told them that I wanted a iced oak milk vanilla latte, they gave me the wrong drink AND... remade the drink I wanted. I walked away with the drink I originally wanted and a free drink as well. This is what customerservice is supposed to look like. 5 stars. Read more

Great coffee, love the new chocolate cream cold brew! Not too sweet and is great on a hot day! Staff is helpful
FAST! I waited just a minute or two to order and when I did I had a couple customizations. After I paid I walked to sit down and... my drink was done! With my customs they NEVER have it done that fast but I usually order in West Bend. The ladies who served meand gave me my drink were so kind! I was never so quick to leave a tip! Read more
All my interactions here have always been pleasant and efficient! Not sure what people are expecting with DT only or limited... hours... it's 2021, it's everywhere and it's definitely not these Starbucks workers fault. My favorite thing about thislocation: I've been drinking my specific, trickier drink from Starbucks for five years now, and Grafton Starbucks has never madeit wrong. Read more
