This place is a absolute joke. They need to shut this location down. First I go stop by one night, they let me order and sit... there for 10 minutes then come back and tell me they are out of beef. Total waste of time, then I go again a few weeks later.Order my food, get home and it?s nothing that I ordered in the bag. My dogs won?t even eat food from here it?s that disgusting.Don?t waste your time, they will never get another $ from me for as long as I live in any location. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN, andlet another company move into the building that actually has a brain and can function on a simple task of making what someoneordered. Pathetic Read more
Tried the new prime rib sandwich and it was wayyyy nasty. There was so much sauce, or cheese or something on it.???.. More red... peppers than meat and the fries, well I think they cooked them that morning!! Went there at like 8pm and lobby was closed socouldn't go in and eat and have dinner but employees or whoever were sitting at few tables doing something!! Line was quick andservice person was very nice, efficient and quick but I won't go back for that sandwich for sure!! Read more
Waiting, & I mean waiting, in drive-through line about 8:15. Suddenly, someone walks up to our car & tells us they just closed.... Really?!? We were the second car back & only one car behind us. Won?t stop here again!!! Oh, just saw they were supposed to beopen till 10pm. ???? Read more
Kids meal, the chicken nuggets was so hard you can't even eat them. The fries was cold and so hard and small pieces. Roast beef... sandwich was okay kinda cold. Definitely not worth the money. Chicken nuggets so hard you can't even bite like come on now. Willnot be back Read more
Unfortunately can't review my experience because of simply a lack of experience. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 5... minutes without one word of recognition at 7:45pm (closing time being 10pm on Google). When we finally gave up and drove up tothe exit we saw at least 3 workers inside, some seated and one cleaning. Read more
Wasn't happy due to couldn't go in and use the bathroom. They've completely shut down the dine in area. But they haven't put... signs or posted on their website or anything. I was forced to go thru drive thru instead of enjoying a good meal in a A/C dinein area. Read more
This was my first time ordering the Roasted Chicken salad it came with bacon this was an unexpected bonus! The salad was good it... was served with two packets of Marzetti ranch dressing. My daughter got the kids 6 piece chicken nuggets meal which comes withfries (crinkle or curly) and your choice of shamrock milk (chocolate or white), or honest kids apple juice. The chicken is realand it was not dry. The chicken nuggets are like 3 times the size of chic-fil-a. They also run coupons every month which can getyou great food for less money! Read more
Every time I go here they get my order wrong, act like they can hardly hear you can repeat your order 5 times and they still get... your order wrong. Made me wait at drive through 7 minutes before taking my order. They do not care about customers. They therejust to make a check and go home. How hard is it to get a freaking order right.
