Quality of product should be more important when biscuits are over $4! Originally given ?????? Update: After visiting this... location a couple more times, I felt the need to update. While I did receive another burnt biscuit, when I brought it to theirattention, they were quick to fix it. Should those biscuits really make it to the customer though? Updated to ?????????? due tothe experience, provided by lady who maintains the lobby. She really makes this location feel like home! Read more

I could leave a LENGTHY review, almost could write a book about the SINCERITY of Pearl ( Manager) but so you?ll read it, I?ll... get to the point. My order was not right and someone handed it terribly. I got with Pearl, and obviously she?s been in theindustry and knows when someone isn?t just trying to get free food, but she sit down with me and we spent a good amount of time,her digging to get every possible detail, to make sure she dealt with the correct employee. Our first time at Biscuitville and we found the original! When we saw the line extending out into the street in the sweet town... of Graham we almost didn't stop...but my husband said, "We'll it must be good, we should try it." And we were not sorry! Eachperson who we encountered in our drive thru experience was friendly and welcoming. They made over our sweet dog and gave her"dog biscuits." I had the ultimate bacon and my husband had the ultimate ham?both were amazing. The coffee is excellent as isthe sweet tea. We loved it so much we stopped again on our way back home from our trip. When you see the billboards make it apoint to stop...even if you have to wait a bit in line you won't be sorry! Read more
This is our fave local Biscuitville. Always hot and fresh versus the Mebane local that often has dry hard muffins and biscuits,... overly sweet coffee and flavorless eggs. This one is pretty consistently delicious, fast & friendly service. Read more
