I order from this location for their stellar customer service and willingness to make sure they go the extra mile. I choose to... pick up most of the time because the delivery store for my location is different than this location. Store website shows pickup until 12am. Placed my pickup order online at 10:50pm, immediately received a phone call asking if I... would be there "in like 3-4 mins cause we locking the door at eleven" I asked if they could prep my pizza and bake it in 3-4mins, I received a sigh and told "well I guess not" WHAT? Doesn't make sense... So I ask for my order to be charged to deliver,"oh, well actually (giggle) we are closing early so we're not taking any more delivery orders either". So first excuse was justthat, an excuse. I think I'm done with Domino's as there always seems to either be a issue with getting the correct pizza orderfrom this location and customer service is one of the lowest I have seen. Trying to eat from here has just been to much of ahassle for me, as 90% of my orders in the past year have had issues. Bye. Read more
They officially make a better pan pizza than the Hut. Very good pie. -1 star for: charging 6.99 instead of 5.99 for the pick 2... on delivery - I'm already paying a $4.50 delivery fee so this is not acceptable; inconsistent cheese application, had a fewdough spots; and forgot my red pepper. I know sometimes things happen and it will take a little longer than normal for delivery? but this is becoming a norm at this... business.. every time I place a delivery order it takes over an hour for my food to arrive? unacceptable!!! I have 2 businessesthat I order at on the regular in Burlington and N. Church St Dominos delivery has never taken even an HOUR! let alone past anhour? I remember on one occasion the dominos on N. Church called and told me that my order was going to be running a little latethat they only had one driver ? yet and still the driver still came at a reasonable time.. and they also had the courtesy tocall to notify me of that? not only is this Dominos on S. Larry the pizza man was amazing! The app put my order in for the wrong day, and he fixed it immediately. I also saw him help a... lady carry out a bunch of pizzas. Really great team environment and a great reflection of Graham North Carolina. I highlyrecommend this man get a raise and a bonus! Read more
