So I went here yesterday. They charged me almost 14.00 for a meal. When I questioned it a manager popped on with his rude... attitude. Charged me 12.00? Usually 8 to 9.00 pulled forward no one talked to me. Not one asked me how I was, nothing. Nocustomer service, period. The Manager walked away grumbling. I ask for Sweet tea with no ice. I got unsweetened with ice. Noutensils. The service was absolutely the worst. They Pushed my food out the window. After all that the food was cold which ifthe health department would have checked those temperatures they would have failed. . I threw most of the meal away. Thislocation continues to have issues especially with service. I Love Popeyes. I just came from Duke earlier in the day for cancertreatments and thought I would treat myself, trying to get something on my stomach. It was a major failure! From the moment Ipulled up to place my order to the end, to the food. The attitude of the staff is poor and unprofessional. Long hair in thefood. Not practicing safe conditions. Someone with cancer issues has to be careful. I won't be going back with the service andthe quality of the food? It is a waste of money. It is not inviting at all. The parking lot was completely empty. They had 1 carbefore me that left 5 minutes earlier? I guess they don't need customers. Really said to see the decline of a Popeyes like this.You go to the one in Raleigh on Western Blvd. Their food is hot, and wonderful and excellent service, they always have a smileor small talk. They are fast. Unfortunately I don't go that way as often. The Graham location needs to take directions from theWestern Blvd location. What a shame! Seemed to be enough staff but probably poor planning on food prep. The food was hot and great but all customer's, not just my... wife and I, had to wait an approximate extra 5-15 minutes on all our orders (we dined in). The guy was nice and apologetic. Wewere not in a hurry that day but i would plan to go elsewhere if I knew my time was limited, especially if it was peak time1130am-1pm - 5-630pm. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me in the drive thru, and when I finally... had to be like "....um hello?" whoever answered basically said "honey you can just hold on a minute, okay?". Having to wait afew minutes on service is totally acceptable, but a lack of communication and respect for the customer is not. Read more
Had a craving for fried chicken for days. I pounded 5 pieces of bone chicken, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. first 4 pcs were great,... much crunchier than Bojangles. Last piece has been left on the great lamp too long. This location is ok, sometimes running outof food and ingredients. Best sides Red beans and rice and fries Mac and cheese is ok Mashed potatoes are ok. Read more
Like really rude, woman at counter rude and dumb throwing insults, guy with crusty white acrylics running drive thru threatened... to call 911 because we wanted refund (photo). They got order wrong then remade it wrong and we wanted refund and they refused.Was being harassed by some random guy and being called slurs and they didn?t kick him out. they really escalated the situationand gaslit me about the guy shouting slurs. it was so simple ???? We stopped and enjoyed the 2 can dine for $8.99 coupon. Chicken was very fresh, French fries were good, red beans and rice was... good. The place was clean, fast and efficient. The biscuits were excellent but they were out of jelly but he suggested honey. Itried it and think I am a convert. Honey on the biscuit was superb! Very hot water in the bathroom to wash your hands. Went through the drive thru and had a total of four meals ordered. Paid and told us to pull forward. Which we did. We then... proceeded to wait roughly thirty minutes. All the while we watched a family go in, order, and receive their food in a timelymanner. I went in and as I was standing there I overheard an employee say ?don?t forget about the white trucks order?. Theyscrambled around and one of the employees said, ?is this it?? Sitting on the counter was my order. Quite irritated I told themI was in the white truck and I would be taking it out. I checked the entire order in front of the employee and surprisingly itwas correct and still warm. While I was checking the order the employee taking orders proceeded to turn around and pick up tongsand proceed to fill orders after handling money, which is disgusting. I find this unacceptable to wait that long and then to goin and find my order has been ready and on the counter. I hope they sensed I was quite irritated. Do better people. Read more
I like the food. The location is good for travellers on the highway who need fast access to a restaurant. The staff got our... order mixed up.
