I've been meaning to go here since I moved to the area in 2015. I usually miss the turn and then change my mind. I'm so glad I... pulled my e brake and spun a 180 this time and bought 3 taco supremes. My life is so much better now. The customer service wasamazing. The lady in the drive through made me feel like I was worth something and that my future still has hope. I love ithere and I swear before I got here I had a headache in my stomach and it's gone now. Sunday, October 2, around 7. Your one and only cashier was on her phone during the whole order. She even messed up our order... and stopped to mess on her phone before getting the manager. The manager never said a word. The food was a mess, normally thisplace is amazing, tasted horrible as well. This same girl took a break and sat in the eating area loudly talking on her phone. She looked and acted unprofessional. After the phone call, she was watching videos loudly. She had no professionalism abouther. Customer service is not where she needs to be at for sure. Pretty good warm food every once in a while. I don?t have a picture of the cheesy bean and rice burrito here but it?s pretty... darn good. I typically go during happy hour (sometime between 1 and 4 I think), because they have cheaper freeze drinks. Best ofthese freeze drinks is undoubtedly the Baja Blast. I don?t like soda in general but I enjoy this. I think the best things on theitem overall are: Baja Blast Freeze, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Quesorita, Nacho Cheese Taco, and the Cinnabon Delights. Thestaff, like other fast food restaurants, messes up orders sometimes but if you point it out they don?t seem frustrated. Graham NC store has yet to let me down! Good BBQ sandwiches and out of this world onion rings, so good they?re gone before... anything else. Always fast, friendly and sometimes a hilarious joke! Better than the other fast food places!!! Read more
We usually get good food from this location. This crunch wrap was busted open and had barely anything in it. It also had black... dust on it from them not cleaning their toaster and was missing the nacho sauce out of the middle. For an $8 combo I expectbetter!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order online and chose to pick up in drive thru. Get to the speaker and they say I... have to go inside. Once inside nobody was around to check in with. After I finally talked to someone I told them I had an onlineorder to pick up. 10 minutes go by and still nothing. Had to flag down a second person before they finally started making myorder.
