I have always touted Wendy's Chili as the best commercial chili on the market. I was terribly disappointed today, Sun. 9/18 when... I received my order of large chili. It consisted of nothing but broth, very thin at that. There was only 3 beans, yes I countedthem in the chili, only 4 small pieces of burger, and a couple of spoonful's of onion and peppers. I'm not sure what the problemwas, but I hope that this is not going to be the norm. I realize that the ingredients' cost more today, but sacrificing thequality for cost is not acceptable. It is August 31, 2022 and this location amhas about 10 cats in drive through. The signs on the door list dining room hours as... 9am until 10pm..it is 8:50 pm and the doors are locked. Either honor your times or change your signage! Read more

I am not a fan of fast food chains, so gaining a good grade is a tough sell with me. The counter server proved exceptional... today, as I am not familiar with their menus. I did choose a salad, which proved delicious. The strawberries were fresh, thechicken generous and tasty, rounding out the salad. It's been a while since I've had a frosty. The summer strawberry salad is back!!! I love this salad and the dressing that comes with it. The food is fresh and hot.... Customer service was wonderful. It's very hard to find employees at fast food restaurants or any restaurants who knows how totreat customers with respect and kindness, during this time in the world. This Wendy's location is clean. Laziest staff ever. We've been here on multiple occasions and have had the staff lock the doors and not allow customers to enter... for "lack of staff". With 8 employees visible behind the counter, I think it's more of a laziness issue than a staffing one. Read more
