As always the food was excellent and I have no issues with the quality or amount of food. It did take a few minutes to get... through the line which is normal nowadays so that's not really a big deal. I pulled up to the window and confirmed my order withthe young lady and grabbed my food. Upon getting home I discovered my food it was not the correct order, but I was alsoovercharged. That's my main reason for the three rating on service. It may have been one of those days, but I would rather youtake it few more minutes to get my order correct. It's definitely not a reason for me not to return, but I feel feedback is away for the restaurant to improve and hopefully not make that mistake for other customers. Read more

I guess we caught them during a rush of four groups, but 15mins is extremely long to wait on a simple order.
I love Zaxby's chicken. However on two separate occasions when I ordered the 10 piece boneless wings I got home and found that I... only received 8. I guess if short 5 people 2 wings each you will wind up with one whole additional order. Read more
