They forgot my order after they parked me. ???? 30 minutes later, I went inside. Apparently, the front cashier gave it to... someone else. Once inside, the manager was not able to step away to help me, but a ln employee was helpful in getting my orderafter another wait. When I was leaving (already in my car), the manager ran out "have one on me" coupons. They still didn't getmy order completely correct, but my groceries were in the car, and I was really ready to go. As always the food was excellent and I have no issues with the quality or amount of food. It did take a few minutes to get... through the line which is normal nowadays so that's not really a big deal. I pulled up to the window and confirmed my order withthe young lady and grabbed my food. Upon getting home I discovered my food it was not the correct order, but I was alsoovercharged. That's my main reason for the three rating on service. It may have been one of those days, but I would rather youtake it few more minutes to get my order correct. It's definitely not a reason for me not to return, but I feel feedback is away for the restaurant to improve and hopefully not make that mistake for other customers. Read more

Food is good, staff is friendly enough, but the amount of shouting, arguing, horse playing or whatever was going on behind the... counter yesterday with the employees ruined the mood. It also might be time to take down the Easter art. Especially since theHalloween decor looks so good. Read more

I love Zaxby's chicken. However on two separate occasions when I ordered the 10 piece boneless wings I got home and found that I... only received 8. I guess if short 5 people 2 wings each you will wind up with one whole additional order. Read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY RUDE EVEN THOUGH I WAS POLITE THE ENTIRE TIME! Ordered our food for my wife & myself. The... lady evidently didn't put in the computer what I asked for so we got the wrong food. I was fine with the mistake as we all makemistakes sometimes & I just assumed they would courteously fix there mistake as most restaurants would. I politely told them wegot something different than ordered & asked if they would fix it & I offered to pay the difference if it was any more than whatshe originally charged me for. The lady I asked acted extremely rude about it & acted at first like she wouldn't fix it, then amanager came up & the manager told the woman to go ahead & get us our correct food but they were both very obviously huffing &rolling there eyes at me the entire time & giving is glares now & then the whole time we were in there in spite of the fact thatif anything I was overly polite trying not to make them feel bad for there mistake! The food actually tasted great but with therude customer service I don't plan to be back! Read more

Spent almost $35 for my family of 4 and I barely have any fries plus I had to go back around to the drive thru window [only... thing open... the dinning room is closed for reasons unknown] to get my sauces that are supposed to be included as well theextra one I actually had to pay extra for. Food is good but very messy and difficult to eat in the vehicle. Their dining is closed currently so we won't be back until they... open it up....way too messy for vehicle. Their fried mushrooms were good but a little greasy. Service wasn't friendly even whenwe shared it was our first time to a Zaxby. Read more
