The fries are pretty good. It's fairly clean every time I go. The employees are nice.
Cleanest and most organized store that I have been in. The bathroom was even clean. Seemed to be well stocked. Ordered food and... found it to be a little troublesome. The kid taking the order was either new or just clueless, asking questions after we hadalready informed him previously. The soda machine was down so the only option s for drinks was sweet tea (they didn't have anyunsweet) water or shakes and if you wanted a shake you had to pay the up-charge. We got the food to go and too our surprise whenwe hit the road we found our fries to be cold and very salty. The manager was bouncing all over the place helping everyone, shewas very friendly and helpful. Read more

I love Braum's food and having lived in North Texas and Western Oklahoma where there is a Braum's in every town, I was thrilled... when they put one in Graham. The only problem is, why do they keep it so cold in the dining room. Year round it is so cold itis hard to sit and eat and enjoy.
