The fries are pretty good. It's fairly clean every time I go. The employees are nice.
Cleanest and most organized store that I have been in. The bathroom was even clean. Seemed to be well stocked. Ordered food and... found it to be a little troublesome. The kid taking the order was either new or just clueless, asking questions after we hadalready informed him previously. The soda machine was down so the only option s for drinks was sweet tea (they didn't have anyunsweet) water or shakes and if you wanted a shake you had to pay the up-charge. We got the food to go and too our surprise whenwe hit the road we found our fries to be cold and very salty. I travel miles for Braums milk, reason why i was here today drove almost 2 hours for milk & this was reason for the drive. Staff... was friendy. Store looked nice, stocked - love the store. However - time of day, as few people there, i anticipated my foodwould be more fresh, & hot, really could not taste the malt in chocolate malt - just disappointed in fast food quality. Bathrooms need to be cleaned, the store needs to be cleaned, we were here for about an hour and never saw anyone clean a table... or sweep the floor. The ice machine was empty and drink machine area was filthy with patrons having to get ketchup on drink lidsbecause nothing had been refilled. The burgers were great! I got 2 double scoop ice cream cones from Sarah today and asked her why she put so little ice cream in the cones. And I... referenced her to the picture on the menu that it's supposed to look like this. She ignored me, saying they got in trouble forputting that much in a cone. Which makes me feel like I am being overly charged for a cone with a bit of ice cream!! May notcome back again. Read more
I love Braum's food and having lived in North Texas and Western Oklahoma where there is a Braum's in every town, I was thrilled... when they put one in Graham. The only problem is, why do they keep it so cold in the dining room. Year round it is so cold itis hard to sit and eat and enjoy. Brrrrr (And I am very hot natured and love a cool room) but this one is cold. Read more
