I had a excellent experience with one of their worker's (Ashley) give them a raise.
Fries were cooked crispy like we like them they were fresh and the service was quick and proficient
Good food. A few times we had our food wrong.
It's McDonald's... Taste the same is any other. You either like it or you don't. They do have great coffee though!
Got the new Pretzel McFlurry for the 2nd time, hoping that they have learned how to make them now. The picture looks... great--generous ribbons of caramel and chunks of chocolate pretzel. What we got was plain vanilla ice cream with just a tinyamount of pretzels that were pulverized into sawdust-sized particles--no caramel ribbons or chunks of chocolate pretzel insight. We asked if they could add some of the pretzel/caramel/chocolate that was supposed to be in it, and they just dropped atiny amount of crumbled pretzels on top. It is supposed to come in a clear cup, but ours was in a cardboard cup, I guess to hidethe lack of caramel, chocolate, and chunky pretzels. We dumped it into a clear cup, and 3/4 of it was just plain icecream--without even any of the "sawdust" they use for topping. We returned it for a refund. The manager and employee werenoncaring and unapologetic. The ribbon of caramel and the topping should be stirred into it and not pulverized by a foodprocessor, and it is supposed to be distributed throughout. Read more
Worst decision I could've made today. Earlier this morning around 7AM, I got two Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuits. About 3 hours... later, I had to vomit. Around 2PM, I was excessively sweating before I had diarrhea. Another 3 hours later, it happened againthat same way. I had a feeling something was wrong when I got my food immediately after ordering. I ordered an adult happy meal. Paid. Got up to window and they handed me a kids happy meal. The girl spoke just a Lil English... and said we no have. So why didn't you tell me this before I paid. This is in Graham TX. I just wanted to try an adult HappyMeal. That's OK. There are other places to eat here!!! Read more
