Tried to stop at Burger King in Grain Valley tonight at 6pm and I was told by the manager ?I?m sorry I?m not gonna be able to... help you at the counter. I don?t have enough people to run the drive-through and the counter!? I went inside because there waseight people in the drive-through lane assuming that I could just go in and get the drink that I wanted a little quicker. Iguess not!! This is the third time that I have been there now at each time has been terrible. They are never busy when I go but somehow my... order is wrong and cold each time. Cold fries with very little toppings on the Whopper and rude staff. Burger King on Adamsdairy in Blue springs is much much better. Read more
Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Was informed when I arrived they were closed due to staffing shortages and would... have to get a refund on the app. There were 3 employees there so they were not short staffed. They had shut down the kitchenearly to go home and didn't want to open it back up to make my order. Read more

I went through the BK drive thru and ordered a plain bacon double cheese burger combo with a side of chicken fries for my son. ... He checked to make sure everything was in the bag before we left. We should have dug a little deeper before driving home. Thefries were okay and they got the drink right, but that was it. The "plain" burger had catchup and mustard on the bun and allover the wrapper. The chicken fries looked like they were a couple hours past expired. Read more
Just recieved my whopper meal (small no upgrade). I was charged 10.49 plus tax. I thought it weird that it was so expensive. I... googled menu prices for Burger King and found out the price from the franchise is quoted at 6.49. There was also a story abouthow different owners can charge more based upon their business plan.
