Highly Do not recommend this store to anyone, They never have any pizza out for the customers, the workers stand around talking... to friends that come in the stores and not pay attention to their customers at all. Just need more leadership in the store,people who care about their job! Read more
I live in independence where we don?t have a mask mandate. I stopped on my way back from baseball to be immediately told to put... a mask on and if I don?t, ?I?ll kick you out?. You want me to wear a mask, fine whatever but to immediately go to ?I?ll kickyou out?. We order pizza from Casey?s every Friday. I frequently pre-order for a select time so that it will be ready for pickup after... work (today I ordered at 12:15 for a 6:15PM pickup, which took an additional 15 minutes past that time). My order is nearlyalways wrong or missing things - or I have to wait from 10-45 minutes. Today I stood and waited while the two kids running thepizza area talked and shot the breeze about their schedules and frustrations. I am an exceedingly patient person and am neveranything but gracious and understanding - and I?d go to another store if I didn?t live so close to this one - but perhaps it?stime for some oversight of a team that isn?t struggling to keep up because they?re overwhelmed or under-staffed, but that needssome real guidance and training.
