I called asked to order a pizza for pick up. The girl sighed. Nothing for a few minutes I was getting ready to ask if she was... still on the line. Then she asked for my phone number. Highly Do not recommend this store to anyone, They never have any pizza out for the customers, the workers stand around talking... to friends that come in the stores and not pay attention to their customers at all. Just need more leadership in the store,people who care about their job! Read more

I live in independence where we don?t have a mask mandate. I stopped on my way back from baseball to be immediately told to put... a mask on and if I don?t, ?I?ll kick you out?. You want me to wear a mask, fine whatever but to immediately go to ?I?ll kickyou out?. Come on your sitting there behind the counter with your mask below your nose looking for opportunities to act thisway. Easy for me, I just won?t stop at this location again. Read more

We order pizza from Casey?s every Friday. I frequently pre-order for a select time so that it will be ready for pickup after... work (today I ordered at 12:15 for a 6:15PM pickup, which took an additional 15 minutes past that time). My order is nearlyalways wrong or missing things - or I have to wait from 10-45 minutes. Today I stood and waited while the two kids running thepizza area talked and shot the breeze about their schedules and frustrations. I am an exceedingly patient person and am neveranything but gracious and understanding - and I?d go to another store if I didn?t live so close to this one - but perhaps it?stime for some oversight of a team that isn?t struggling to keep up because they?re overwhelmed or under-staffed, but that needssome real guidance and training. 1st off I wanna say this.... I had a bad experience a couple weeks ago with Doordash messing up my order. This super cute and... sweet manager made it right and hassle free. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out, she was working tonight, butthank you and your awesome and definitely should have your own store one day and a huge raise!!! Read more

This is my go to place. Whatever I need. Snacks, drinks, pizza. I've seen a lot of bad and negative reviews for this location... and I don't know why. I come here a few times a week at different hours and everyone has always been professional. The pizzarocks! Try the breakfast pizza. Read more

Their ?system? is always broken for ordering pizza. We ordered online with a wait of 60 minutes until the pizza was ready. We... went in at the suggested time and they didn?t even have an order for our pizza. It took an additional 30 minutes. The store wasdirty and not stocked. The cashier was not helpful and didn?t apologize. There?s a quick trip going in across the road, don?twaste your time or money at this Casey?s. Read more
