When ordering online/app, always place orders for In-Store, Pick-up window option frequently breaks the ordering process. Youcan still pick up your carryout from the window. ? We do not have the ability to control, edit, or interact with estimated ordertimes, rewards accounts, emails regarding deals/free food/order updates, or order delivered notifications. ? $7.99 1-Toppinglarge is Online Only. ? The only way we can refund out of stock items from your pre-payed order, is to refund the order, deletethe item, and have the order payed for again. We understand this is an inconvenience, as we do not have any other option, otherthan to provide an alternate in-stock item upon request. ? Our boneless wings are not sauced unless specially requested. Theycome with your choice of dipping cup. ? Many addresses for delivery that are outside of our range, sometimes work anyway. Andvice versa, some addresses that are in our range, are not recognized by our system. Call the store for confirmation. ? Whenplacing a Carside order, please check-in through the app/online to let us know that you have arrived. ? If you have ordered adelivery, and wish to tip the driver when they arrive, but have not pre-added a credit card tip, our drivers have a phoneapplication which they can use to type your tip into our system. Pizza is great. My only complaint is change requests. I've had a few instances where our requests weren't observed leaving us... picking off what we didn't want or craving what we did. Read more
GV Domino's definition of "ultimate" is a lot different than mine. About one slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza.
Absolutely ridiculous; I ordered delivery at 8:30 pm. One hour later, no pizza. I called the local store and was informed that... they don't have a driver. When I inquired as to why someone took my order for delivery, they passed the blame onto a callcenter. I was told "if you want food, you have to come get it." That is a direct quote. Oh, and it was apparently my fault aswell because they supposedly called and left me a voice mail to inform me of the issue. I did not, in fact receive a voicemail.Also, I will add that this is not the first time I have had an issue with this particular store. The time before, I placed anorder for carry-out only to arrive and be told that no one showed up for their shift and it would be nearly two hours if Iwanted to wait. Perhaps if they were to pay their employees better, someone would work for them. Having no delivery driver on aFriday evening is pretty indicative of poor management. Read more
July 17, 2021: Just picked up our pizzas from GV Domino?s. They look delicious! GREAT JOB to the pizza making crew tonight! I... was going to give you a tip but you made me wait too long at the drive up window. Especially since my pizzas were sitting thereready. Maybe next time. June 2021: Tried Domino?s again. It was much better this time. Hope they keep it up. February 2021: Ourlast two orders have not been very good. If our third try isn?t any better, we may need to find a new pizza place. Originalpost: They just opened and I didn't know what I was missing. But now I think Domino's is my pizza of choice. Their cheesybread is absolutely delicious! It was hot and fresh. I had the 12 wings mango habanero flavor. With such a big order, I was really looking forward to dippin,... but they did not include my dipping sauce. Boo! The chicken parmesan sandwich was good but couldn't figure out why it was sodarn greasy. The pizza was good. We'll order again. Thanks for coming to Grain Valley, where we don't have much, but we dohave a domino's that will deliver to our address now! Read more
Service was disappointing. Pizza was average at best, overly greasy and lacking in flavor. Might give it another chance but as... of right now I don't have many good things to say. Read more
