I have gone to this McDonald's for over a year. Up until the last 4 months the staff was wonderful. Now it just doesn't cut it.... There are managers training at the windows and yelling at the new employees. I honestly wouldn't stay either with a nastymanager telling me off in front of customers. The food has gone down hill. They have been "out" of Cinnamon rolls for weeks.They keep saying it's a "supply" issue which isn't true. An employee told me it's because the night crew forgets to set themout. They forget items out of most of my orders,fries ,milk,drinks. They don't know how to do McDonald's rewards or anypromotions and instead of asking they simply say "I don't know" very sad McDonald's! maybe instead of complaining about how long your wait is, and how slow it is, apply and try it yourself. It?s not there fault if... they?re understaffed, without enough staff it makes the job run slow, and harder to get out peoples orders, if you want it to befaster apply and you?ll see why everything goes so slow, i don?t understand why anyone would wait in a mcdonald?s line for 30minutes. next time you?re complaining about how slow it is put yourself in there shoes and how they feel being overwhelmed withhow busy it can get and not having enough people, so busy you could be working a 10 hour shift and not get a break becausethere?s not enough staff, and we?re to busy, or not even being able to go to the bathroom because there?s no one there to coveryour spot, sometimes you have to put yourself in the other persons shoes. i mean yes somethings shouldn?t be done on there part,but some people also do make mistakes, doesn?t mean to go over bored and start yelling at the staff for a mistake they made,everyone makes mistakes, we?re all human. I went inside this evening around 630 pm. The drive thru line was around the building, and. It usually is not quick at all.... Waited 25 mins for my food. While watching the employee bag our order, another employee that was making fries intentionallyturned the fries over im the bag and just dropped them in there. When the other employee brought our order to the counter, Iopened the bag and said, "Is this ok?" She replied, "Oh sorry that must have been an accident". I told her that I watched theother employee do it, and it was no accident. The manager Deb, (assuming Debbie) did not feel the need to even turn around toacknowledge the situation.. Deb was standing right next to the employee that dumped our fries in the bag. I will spend my moneywhere it is apprieciated. Take pride in your work. This could possibly be one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Read more

Every time I go to this McDonald?s and get my double cheeseburger it has come back covered in ketchup and looking like someone... has smashed it down, today it?s folded in half and I?m really over it. I?m not trying to sound like a karen but I am tired ofthis pattern. Read more

Went for some lunch. They got the order right, but the fries were cold. It was during midday. They were really busy. I watched... them make almost 10 orders while I waited for my order. Read more

These poor folks are overworked when swim class gets out across the street. They get slammed, and Mistakes have been Made. ... Once, we got the wrong order, and the next time, they gave our order to someone else and we got... nothing. Fortunately, they were quick to correct their mistakes, and had a good attitude about it, which is enough to take them back up to fourstars for me. They do have the new bot that takes your order in the drive through, and it's not smart enough to take apporders or get that you need help, so just ask for help and wait until you get a real person if you're doing anything other thanplacing a new order. I normally love this McDonald's. The staff is so super nice and they still are however they have started using a robot to take... your order. It is very frustrating when it gets your order wrong! I understand that the increase in hourly wage is the causefor needing to replace people, but I can tell you there is no replacing costumer service with a robot. It makes me sad this isthe solution.
