DO NOT go here unless you want to go through the drive through a minimum of 2 times. Consistently will not include everything in... your order. Not just a side or cheese dip but ENTIRE MEALS. You will ALWAYS have to pull over from the drive through and checkyour order then get BACK into the drive through lane just to get your order. I had to select 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose 0 stars. Put a order in through doordash and had a scheduled delivery... for my party 5 hours in advance. They text me 20 minutes from when it was suppose to be done saying they can't fulfill my order.Talk about bad management. Someone needs to be reprimanded. If possible I would give zero stars! As a manager at taco bell in another city I know there are standards to how our food is... made, packaged and served for curbside, doordash, take out etc. Mybwife ordered ordered black bean crunchwrap and received onlabeled b.b. that actually contained steak! Being a vegetarian this of course is a HUGE issue! Our drinks were not given to ourdasher and our food was soggy from sitting out waiting to be picked up instead of being made when the dasher arrived. I tried contacting the GM I had gotten nowhere. The workers are rude and very unhelpful. I went inside to order my food. Nobody... was at the counter. I had waited 5-10 minutes before ordering. Went ahead and ordered my food on the touch screen since nobodyhad bothered to greet me. Ordered my food. Recieved my food. Did not get my drink cups. I again waited for someone to come backto the counter nobody did. So I had to holler "excuse me. I ordered drinks as well. " they ignore me. I say it again. The guycomes over puts 2 medium cups on the counter walks away. I said "excuse me again" "I ordered large drink I was upcharged forthem." Someone else responds and says we are out. My response is "that would've been nice to know before I ordered". They gotrude and did bare minimum to fix the issue then also didnt give me the proper ingredients on my food ordered that wasntmentioned either. Read more
Absolute worst taco bell I've ever been too. If you even get the item you asked for at all it will still be wrong. Or cold. Or... both. I make sure to clarify what I want multiple times every time I come and they somehow still screw it up every single time??????????? they don't care and don't try. The line, inside and the drive thru always takes a unbelievable amount of time. Went inside for the first time in months that... they?ve been open and everyone refuses to make eye contact with you, to avoid getting your order or at-least let you know howlong it would be. Nobody working the front counter it looks like. Customer service lacking as well. Also, looking to the guy inthe kitchen the guy is on his phone while many people in the lobby haven?t been helped. Ordered food from here last night. Someone forgot to change the grease because my Mexican pizza shell tasted rancid and I?m... still sick from it today. I guess it?s a good thing they forgot to include the cinnamon twists I ordered as they too would havebeen fried in rancid grease. Disgusting. Never again. Read more
