I love the concept and the food is great. Even when it is busy, it generally does not take long to make the food. There is a... huge selection of toppings and many different styles of crust. I am in no way cauliflower person, but the cauliflower crust isgreat, you cannot even taste it! The staff is friendly and nice, enjoyable to interact with. Main reason I gave it a 4 is due tothe price. For the amount of food or size of the pizza that you get, it is pretty expensive. Read more

I usually go to the porter ranch location, but I decided to give this location a shot. I ordered curbside pickup. I parked in... the curbside pickup location, called at the time that I was told the pizza would be ready and they wouldn?t pick up the phone. Icalled 3 times, they then disconnected their phone and my calls would no longer go through anymore. My boyfriend then got downand got the pizza himself. When he asked about the phone they said that the phone died while they were making pizzas whichdoesn?t make sense. When it was time to finally enjoy our pizza we were disappointed to see that the crust was burnt and mypizza was missing the spicy chicken topping that I had ordered. All I have to say is, don?t waste your money here. If you wantPieology , I recommend going to the Porter Ranch location. They always have fast service, great pizzas that aren?t burnt, andactually pick up their phone. Read more

This is my favorite pizza place, excellent customer service, very clean and the pizzas are so delicious. When I come here, I... always order my favorite "Fire grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza", I always ask to put pesto first, it comes with real Chicken,Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, Red Onion and Fresh Cilantro and Finished with BBQ Sauce and I add one more ingredient their fantasticspicy chicken to top it all. The food was good and the service was nice, however the wait was extremely long. I was probably in here for 45 minutes just for... two thin crusts. I don?t blame them because they did have a lot of business and pizza to make, but this is just a warning forevery one that you would probably want to call ahead of be ready for a long wait. 2 stars because Andy was super nice and I would've given all 5 if he was the one accommodating us the entire time. Visited 11am... on 10/19/19... place was literally empty. Andy assisted with the first pizza. He was super nice and patient and didn't short ontoppings. Then Adrian came in to assist with the second pizza. I got cauliflower crust with pesto as I always do at otherPiology locations regularly. He drew a thin spiral line of pesto in the middle of the pizza. When I told him it doesnt look likeenough he instantly snapped with, "well that's how much we put." At each topping section he would take a pinch of each topping(literally a pinch) and follow up with "what else" after nearly every topping. Terrible customer service by Adrian.
