There were so many things wrong with my experience. First the sign on the door said closed. Which I then realized was probably... due to the ?don?t feel like working today? attitude from the server. After I ordered my smoothie, my husband stated he waslooking for something with energy. The young man just looked at him until I suggested something and he nodded. As the smoothiesfinished blending I asked, as I usually do at other locations, if I could have the extras and the server didn?t respond. Ithought this might have been because he didn?t hear me. Then as he was handing us our smoothies, he says he won?t do it againbut that he would do it because it?s Friday. I wasn?t sure I heard correctly so got closer and he repeated it. I told him not todo it then and he said ?no, I?ll do it today but that?s it.? Then he tells us to have a great weekend in the most condescendingtone. Seriously? I love robeks juice and would have given them 5 stars but this location is a location I can not recommend. Last week I ordered a... bowl that was suppose to have coconut and bee pollen on it they ran out and didnt say anything until I got the bowl and askedwhy it wasn't in there. I over looked it and decided to come back again. Today I bought one of my favorite fresh juices the rootto stem, I asked for cayenne pepper in it and was told I would need to pay extra for a sprinkle of cayenne in my drink. Everyother robeks I go to has it readily available for you with no upcharge. To top to off its not even expensive or organic cayanneits one of those cheap ones you could be in the dollar section. You"ll recieve beter service and quality if you go to thechatsworth robeks or studio city robeks bith of which I go to often and have superior service. I paid 27 plus dollars for mytrip here and wont come back to this location. Read more

The best Robeks in the entire Los Angeles area. The two brothers who work there have the best customer service I?ve seen in any... food retail and the owner and other coworkers are all extremely nice. If you have the chance to ever go in, I highly suggest it.They also make the best tasting drinks compared to other Robeks, even if it?s the same drink they always seem to make it better. Read more

Now this Robeks could have gotten 5 out of 5 but there was a small issue. The guys here are always nice so is one of the ladies.... But there always seems to be one lady here who is extremely rude to me no matter what I do. This place is great except she hasno customer service. If you're reading this screaming thank you at customers who are busy on the phone is not how you getsomeone's attention. Read more

I have to give one star or else it will not allow me to post. This is a DISGRACEFUL place. I swallowed metal flakes from one of... their smoothies today, and when I brought it back to show them, the guy working had another worker wash it down the sink!! Itwas unreal. I cannot believe the lack of respect. He offered me a drink without apologizing for anything, and when I said no hedidn't say anything else. I asked to take pictures of the evidence and it had been washed down the sink. Please, do not takeyour children here. I am only twenty years old, not a crazy lady. These people are careless, and will send you on your way withhazardous materials in your beverage. Read more
