A Starbucks long time original VP customer member and prior leadership associate; Ordered a tall Java Frap for my husband ... (walked into this Starbucks-had never been). All customer experience out the door (what happen to the headquarter leadershipexpectations at this Starbucks?). The ice was melted and over flowing when presented the drink on counter. This was the worstfrap I ever experienced. The associate could not say my name (four letters) and did not say what the melted drink was? As aprior leader of Starbucks, chosen to fix operations at a Starbucks; the oversight of one of the busiest of the regionalStarbucks (across from Taft high school) there is No excuse for this terrible beverage experience.
