They don?t follow food safety, healthy GMP procedures. The person who was preparing my sandwich went to walk-in refrigerator,... touch the door handle and pick an item without changing her gloves and came back continue preparing my sandwich. Not acceptable? Read more

First the scanner didn't work so I couldn't use my gift card. Then the young male at the counter refused to try and figure... anything out and just suggested I pay cash. After placing the order thru the app to use my gift card, he then haphazardly mademy sub without many of the ingredients. Not ever going to that subway again. Read more

Worst management ever. Disgusting and don?t follow franchise rules. Location has also been down numerous times for rodents and... roaches. 100+ times customer but now I?ve had it, old ingredients, moldy bread, unsanitary, ingredients always out of stock,terrible employees, etc etc etc????.etc?.. Today during lunch @ 12:30pm, I witnessed a disturbing incident. Two male Hispanics visited the store and were ?helped? by a... female of Indian decent. The two male Hispanics ordered 3 sandwiches and when the female rang them up, the total was $58.00.When the male Hispanics questioned the price, the female became upset and said it was because they ordered avocado?.? (Thatobviously didn?t make the price double). Another Good Samaritan male who spoke English stepped in and assisted the two malesand questioned the female employee. The female employee became agitated and continued to say it was because they asked foravocado. The Good Samaritan who was assisting asked them to check their order and they found that only one sandwich had avocado.The Good Samaritan did the math and found that the female employee was over charging by double for no apparent reason. Whenthey asked the female employee to do the math, she answered ?well how much money do they have? Do they even have money?? Thatwas not the point, of-course they had money, she was just trying to steal from them and thought they wouldn?t notice or knowbetter because they didn?t speak English. Racist female employee, who didn?t even say sorry and continued with her attitudeeven though she knew she was wrong and was trying to double dip. If you can avoid this store, do so. She is racist towardsHispanics and she doesn?t deserve to have business. Read more

I ordered three pastrami foot longs and they short changed me on the pastrami today. I usually get well made pastrami... sandwiches with a decent amount of meat. Today they were made by not my usual server with very little meat. Read more
