First time here. I finally escaped NJ after 26 years so I know bagels. First, this place was packed at lunch on a Wednesday. So... they're doing something right. My order just a simple bagel, didn't know it came with whipped cream cheese so bonus! I got acheddar jalapeno bagel. I can honestly say that it was by far the best bagel I have had, except my own, since I moved from NJ.The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was because there was only one loaf of bread on display. Such a fun little spot! 4 of us went for lunch and it was fairly busy. Good came out quickly and was nice and hot. Between us... the different dishes we had were the Turkey Bacon Avocado Club, Southwest BLT, and Chicken Salad Croissant. All delightful. Ifany slight complaint, the crust of the bread is a little harder than expected and might make the top of your mouth tender. Read more
My friend brought me a birthday gift basket of pastries from Baked yesterday and these are the most delicious pastries I think... I've ever tasted. I had a strawberry pop tart straight out of heaven's kitchen and a peach pie tart that was a moment. Goodlord, I'm a Baked believer now! Hallelu! Read more
I visited Granbury with my family for the July 4th mini weekend vacay and went here for brunch. First off, the Resto-Bakery... throws off a real aesthetic vibe in the middle of the rustic ol town. Surrounded amidst the long and isolated roads, the Cafeis a short ride away from the central Granbury downtown area. Once you step into the bakery, you can smell sourdough andfreshly baked goodies in the air. We ordered the following :- 1. Fresh Toast 2. BLT (without the B, I am a vegetarian) 3.Avocado Toast 4. 4 cheese grilled Toast Drinks :- 1. Oat Milk Cappuccino 2. Whole Milk Cappucino 3. Matcha Latte 4. It?s awesome to have an option like ?Baked? in Granbury. Great atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very... welcoming and friendly. They serve breakfast or lunch, just a stop for coffee and fresh pastries are worth a visit. Theircoffee is amazing, love that they serve it in ceramic cups! Today we had ?Texas Fresh? and a ?Southern BLT? with their sourdoughbread made it right there. You can actually see them working on making the bread trough a glass window. First time customer. I will definitely be back. Stopped in for a little treat of a Ginger Molasses cookie with the London Fog... Latte. The cookie was soft and chewy in the middle and a little crisp around the edges, spicy and delicious. The London Foglatte was steaming hot, sweet, fragrant and perfect for this rainy, cold day.
