First and foremost, I am a nice person. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. But this one needs to be done. My... daughters 18th bday was this weekend. I called ahead a few days prior to let them know that we wound be coming in around 9:30 tohave cake and ice cream for our group of 15-20. The male manager ?Justin I believe? newer manager was very nice. Said they wouldbe ready for us. The Saturday that we went I called ahead again and spoke to Joreen. She said oh yes ok see you soon. When wearrived immediately there was the worst customer service by this woman I have ever experienced. We got a table. Which we had toclean all five of them and there was only one other group there. Watch the video you can see my husband had to clean themhimself. We All made two lines. I told them ahead I would be paying for all of it on my card. All the orders were made.Everything was going good. My son ordered for his group separately. They gave him the wrong shake. Now I know per covid thatthey aren?t supposed to take back an item once opened because of that. He had already opened it. Knew it was going to get thrownaway so gave to his five year old son. I told them it was supposed to be strawberry. We were very nice about it. Joreen said Ineed that shake back. And I said ?nicely? I?m not gonna take it away from a five year old when You are the one that messed up. Iwent ahead and paid for it for them anyway. And So she made the employee take it out of her check anyway when it wasn?t even herfault. Then our order came out. Everything was fine. All that was missing was a burger that was plain and dry. So I went upthere nicely again and let them know what was missing. The cashier was really nice but once again Joreen decided to mumble underher breath rude remarks at me. No one was even in braums but us. We didn?t crawl under tables like the last group or make amess. We were not rude or loud and we cleaned up our own mess. Only the burger was wrong. This place is very dirty and nasty. They have flies flying around soda machine. Which means they are laying eggs in the soda... spout. They food was horrible, my fries were over cooked and they are skimping on the condiments and food. They need bettermanagement. Read more
This place has the cheapest ice cream and the worst management. Here?s what I mean. While you wait in line, there are no ice... cream options to look at. You have to wait until you?re ready to order, then look at the ice cream freezer and try to read theoptions through the glare and ice cream stains. While waiting in line you?re either entertained by employees yelling at eachother or flirting teenagers (also employees), who couldn't care less about helping you. Once you get your ice cream your waywill be obstructed by trash barrels that someone forgot to put away. Oh and if you decide to dine in, good luck finding a cleantable, because there are none. This place is a total mess and whoever manages this place should not be in managementposition. Great concept, poor execution, but the ice cream is delicious and the portions are huge. Read more

Hands down, the 2nd filthiest restaurant I have ever been in (behind the Arby?s in Benbrook on 377 which is the current record... holder). Not a single table was clean and the floor had the look and feel of week-old grease and trash. The staff politely wipeda table down for us when asked but failed to pick up the (hoping it was mud) thing on the floor 5 feet away. Gonna skip thisplace in the future. Read more
The nice thing about eating at Braum's is that the ingredients are fresh and supposed to come from their farms. The quality is... pretty consistent each time I go. I worked for them for a few months during the summer while I was in H.S. It wasn't quite forme as I was always sticky. Read more
