Waited 15 min to be greeted and another 10 min to get drinks. It was 50 min total before we got our food. And they don't have... grilled cheese for kids anymore even though it's still on the menu. All around bad service. Spent $70+ on 3 adults and 1 child.And had a coupon for the kids meal. Really wanted to give zero stars. Won't go back, that's for sure. Read more
Went to chilis for lunch, we were the first to be seated for the day. They were not busy at all at the time. We placed our... order, the food was great, and service was good. Well, maybe a little too good, we paid out and when I returned home, I had myreceipt in the email. You don't get a receipt here printed. I noticed I was over Charged by $15.02. I called and spoke with themanager; she was very dismissive of the situation and stated her receipt showed the correct amount of $50.82, I stated myreceipt showed $65.84. She again was very dismissive and stated she would find out what happened and call me back. That was 4days ago. If it looks and sounds like they ripped me off, then????? I recieved my food (Chicken Crispers) with HOT Ranch that had a film on top. ????. That is a huge Time Temperature control food... safety issue. It took 15 minutes to grab the attention of the Waitress. She replaced it with cold ranch, but my entire mealseemed cold from the moment it was served. Not sure I want to come back with food safety being overlooked on Ranch served withfood. I hope you can see the film in the photo. Read more
I have always enjoyed eating at Chili's.....not tonight. Our waitress was great....the food was not. I had brisket... quesadillas.....they might as well have been cheese quesadillas with bbq sauce on them. There was hardly any meat on them. Whenthey brought my food out the plating was terrible. First off the manager is very good at handling customer problems waiter we had very professional. Now the 2 trys at getting a... steak cooked to med rare.HORRIBLE. FIRST steak of my wife's was WELL DONE! SECOND was med rare on one end and was only verywell and I mean well seared on one side the other side was hardly even warmed it appeared. My sides had no seasoning andbroccoli was tough i tend to eat mine a little more on the tough side with some chew left to it but this was pretty CRISP. Mywife's second steak had no seasoning no flavor and just a horrible attempt at a steak. My steak was ordered med rare and for the most part cooked decent was more med well but edible. Had a great evening! Food was perfectly spaced out, great waitress Brittney couldn't of asked for a better dinner. Place was... clean, bathrooms were as well. Beer was cold, and enjoyable. Not very crowded for a Wednesday night. Read more
So we stand at the hostess desk for 10 minutes. Finally a bar server was nice enough to seat us. We waited 20 min. No one would... even greet us. The manager spoke to the party near us to say they were sorry that the kitchen messed up the orders. He walkedpast us again without acknowledging us. 3 boys had been waiting to be seated and finally took a booth on their own. They gotwaited on before we even were spoken to. Finally at 37 minutes a waitress came to take our drink order. They were out of Cokezero and Dr Pepper. We had enough and left. Horrible service. We went across the street to Cotton Patch.
