** update to this review from 11 months ago. Still the most incompetent chipotle I have ever ordered food from. The order is... never right. Not once. Never order delivery from this location. Extremely disappointed. Stopped by for a quick lunch break and ordered a bowl to go. Tried the new steak. With a medium drink it... came to $21.38. I asked why so high and the cashier said, "oh the extra steak was an additional $7.05." Extremelyridiculous. Needless to say I won't go back. Read more
Manager Jose if that's even his real name arguing with us after we asked why the chips were not filled up as usual. Wouldn't fix... the problem just for customer service sake and fought until I told him I wanted my money back and then he proceeded to justthrow them away along with the guacamole. Read more
Not sure if there are new company wide portion controls or if the employees making my burrito the last couple of visits are new,... but, they have DRASTICALLY cut down on the amount of rice, beans, etc that they put on your burrito. I would understandslightly smaller portions to combat the rising food costs, however, their prices have gone WAY up as well. I ordered a barbacoaburrito(as I have for the past few years) with dbl meat. My burrito the last 2 times has been nearly twice the price and halfthe size that it use to be. $16 dollars!!! NO queso, NO guacamole, NO drink, just a regular barbacoa with extra meat. I hateit because I love their food, but, I won't be eating there again anytime soon. First time to this location. The store was dirty, the guy barely put any rice or beans in bowl when I asked for more black beans... he put four in!, yes FOUR BEANS!, then when it was time to checkout I used my app because I had a free bowl and the lady said?UGHHHH? like I was some kind of charity. I ordered $35.00 dollars worth of food and this is all they gave me for my order to go. Then got told by the store manager this... is all I ordered but was charged $35.00 dollars and that their online order system was messed up. They re-cooked the order againand when I was givin' the order the second time it was only a small cup of steak meat. There goes my door dash order and moneyjust thrown away. I saw the commercial for the new brisket bowl and was so excited to order it. I was a regular Chipotle fan at other locations around the state, till today. First time at this location. Worst experience at... Chipotle I ever had. White rice was cold, crunchy and undercooked. Pinto beans were undercooked, crunchy and bland with noflavor. Barbacoa was not shredded. It was giant blobs of fat with no flavor at all. Just a real nasty meal.
