Christina?s is one of my favorite places to eat in town. I don?t have them too often due to the price. They aren?t outrageous by... any means but they are on the higher end for my budget. With that being said my husband and I love their food. I?ve been forbrunch, lunch, and dinner, and have enjoyed everything thing I?ve had. Our favorite is the lobster rolls, so tasty! My husbandloved them so much that he even asked for seconds one night. ???? But seriously, the food is great. I do recommend calling aheadand getting reservations if you are going to give them a try. We went there today for the first time and the food was AMAZING!! I am allergic to seafood and shellfish so I was hesitant to... eat here because there are so many seafood dishes on the menu. I told the waiter and they made sure that my food was preparedwith no cross contamination, plenty of glove changes, and careful preparation. I got the waffle and fried chicken combo forbrunch. We enjoyed brunch this past Sunday at Christina?s American Table in Granbury! We were greeted by a friendly staff member and... once seated, our waitress provided excellent service. We ordered 3 brunch menu items (because we love leftovers). The buttermilkfried chicken & waffles dish was simply amazing. The prime rib hash was unique & delicious with perfectly cooked beef! We didnot think the jalapeño cheddar biscuits and gravy was a stand out dish like the other two, mainly because it was too salty (butthat was likely just a miss on the seasoning that day). Just had the most delicious lunch at Christina?s American Table. This is my first time in Granbury and I am very lucky that I... picked this adorable bistro from maps. The customer service was exceptional as well. If you go for lunch, the chicken saladsandwich was to die for, as was the creme brûlée. We had a wonderful experience at Christina's tonight. It was a Sunday evening, so they had a more limited menu selection, but... we both found delicious entrees on it. I had the Greek Grouper. It was a Grape Leaf wrapped Grouper file, nicely spiced with alemon slice and wrapped in the grape leaves and baked. It was done to perfection! I substituted green beans for the asparagus. The green beans had a nice char on them. The rice was nice and fluffy. My wife had the Lemon Dill Salmon. She asked for itto be cooked to Medium and it turned out perfect! Her Cheese Grits were tasty with a hint of Jalapeño spice. Not too spicy,but very tasty. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our server was friendly and helpful with the menu options. Thismeal was the highlight of our week-long trip thru Texas to visit family. We would definitely come back here, again. Read more
