A wonderful dining experience. We went here for a date night while visiting Granbury, and were surprised by how amazing the food... was. Chicken fried chicken with jalapeño gravy was out of this world delicious. The gravy was spicy and flavorful and thechicken was super moist. The portion sizes were gigantic. The staff provided quick and great service throughout. PS. Thecomplimentary bread rolls were da bomb! Definitely recommend this restaurant while in Granbury. Read more
Chicken fried steak with fried okra and side salad. Was a fresh salad. There is a large list for salad dressings. Emily was our... waitress. She was all over the the dining area and was very good for our service and needs. It was a full room of people shedid great. It's hard to believe that these waitresses wait on tables and have to clear and clean tables as people leave. Foodwas delicious. My meal without a drink was $14. They have daily specials on meals. We've gone there over many years with varying experiences. It all comes down to the management, cooks and servers on a... particular visit. Last time the food and service were very good. We got the excellent veteran waitress who is the best. Ingeneral they are better than any of the other 3 Cotton Patches we've been to, but sometimes the immature or unskilled staffleaves a lot to be desired. Read more
Cotton patch an incredible family dining experience with wonderful food the quality is always point on the salads and the new... funnel cake fries are incredible there?s nothing on the menu that isn?t delicious. And children eat free on Wednesdays Baileythe manager is so kind and so sweet I had to go order and she handled it with care and made sure that all of my items were inthe bag. We haven?t been here in a few years & decided to give it a try. Husband ordered a turkey club sandwich w/ no tomato and no... avocado. It came out w/avocado?sent it back. It came out a second time w/tomato?s. Finally just told them to take it off thebill. I give up. Customer service isn?t what it used to be and it wasn?t busy. FIRST OFF MIKE THE MANAGER IS AMAZING! My family of 3 came and got seated immediately. Food wait wasn?t too long. We ordered... gravy on the side and it wasn?t enough and our sides came out cold. Our server never came to check on us to see if we neededanything. My husband chicken fry got cold waiting for gravy. I asked for a manager to come over. The manager named MIKE cameover and took care of us. He was amazing got us the extra gravy and hot side. We will definitely be back because of MIKE! Theguy needs a raise. Most managers are tucked off, but Mike was helping his team and making sure the guest was pleased with theirmeal. Very active manager. Thanks again MIKE! Read more
