Getting pizza has become too complicated. You try to ordet online and it's like talking to a call center in another country. I... go in person and they jack up the price. When you ask why it is $32.00 for two medium pizzas that add says is &5.99 per pizzayou get told that is only if you order online. Worst Pizza Place! They make you order online, you confirm exactly what you want. You drive to pick up the order and its wrong... and this store does NOT CARE if it is wrong. They tell you to take what you have or wait an hour or more to remake your order.They are "TOO BUSY TO CARE" about the customer! Read more
I have always received exactly what I ordered, and we enjoy the pizza. I use the Domino's app so I can use the coupons and... reorder function. The only problem I have encountered is a new employee did not know how to use a gift card as a payment. Read more
Ordered a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza tonight. I had two pieces of pizza with nothing on it and one pice with only one... mushroom on it, one piece was full of onions. The other pieces has just a few mushrooms and a few pieces of sausage. Where aremy toppings that I paid for? I also ordered 2 blue cheese cups which I did not receive .This cost me $24 plus a tip. A friend attempted to call and order a pizza tonight. They told him he can no longer call and order because the last time he did... ?2 weeks prior? he was labeled ?belligerent? and has been banned from ordering via phone. ?my friend hasn?t ordered fromDomino?s since 6 months ago. I remember, I was there and heard it all. He was not ?belligerent? in the slightest. I know thatDominoes prides itself on outstanding customer service and I usually applaud their hard work. However, in this case, theydropped the ball. I came and got the pizza myself. Will probably be my last time doing so, at least at this location.
