New Owners!!! It is great that his location is now open again with NEW OWNERS. The Mr. Jim ?s Supreme Pizza is the best in... Granbury. Their new staff is very helpful and courteous. Personal note: In the past I was not a pizza lover and could go allyear not eating pizza. This was changed when I tried Mr. Jim?s Pizza. We ordered online last week and went to pick it up. Half of our order was missing (we assumed it was all there as it was bagged... up and we grabbed it and left) salad, dressing, sauces and drinks were all missing) We called to let them know and had to goback to pick the rest up. When we called the ?gentleman? we spoke to was aloof at best. When my husband got there to pick up therest of our order, the ?young lady? wasn?t even aware that they had the root beer that we had ordered, and then ?found?it. There?s was no pride in their work, and I?m sorry to say we were quite disappointed. It?s a shame too, because if the pizzahad not been cold, it was really quite good.
