There food is always good no matter where your at but this one has been unprofessional around 30 minutes til close 2 times now... iv ordered online went to pick up my order and once I got there might have been 2 minutes after close but they never even mademy food had the door locked looked up and saw me looked back down and did not even acknowledge me. That's there choice to cancelyour order and they did at 8:40 that's is very poor customer relations iv bartending for a long time and would I never dream ofdoin what they pulled that's just rude and honestly not to even have just made and just handed to us out the door is not goabove and beyond wich in reality isn't that hard to do. So if you order online beware if its past 8:20 they will not make yourfood they will just cancel it and not even explain. Read more

Awesome service, great food. Employees this afternoon were amazing and our food was made perfect.
There's nothing more frustrating to a customer that goes in to order something to go and gets in the car drives off and realizes... down the road that the order was not done correctly... This was my first and last time at this eatery mainly bc when I called tocomplain the person on the the other end just didn't seem concerned that I was upset about my order being preparedincorrectly... Well I destroyed it so yeah it's tastey. This location is great. You can often see the owners elbow deep on the line working... with their employee's. Clean store and the bathrooms is a clean as any Buc-ee's you'd stop at. We are in there 1-3 times aweek. Pro tip: get the app and order that way. It's easy and quick to get free sammiches. Read more
This location has the worst customer service. We love Fiehouse and our orders are always large but I won't eat at this location... anymore. I won't be disrespected by managers and employees that clearly don't want to work. Read more
