Classic Mexican Trio Fajitas were desirable. We however didn't understand the $10 guacamole salad appetizer. All it had was 2oz... of guacamole and a plate full of shredded lettuce. Nowhere near the value of cost. Read more

I love Garcia?s??The food is always delicious and I think they have the best tasting meat around. The people are always friendly... and take good care of us. On if the best things I like is the ?Mini Sopapillas ?. They are the best!!! They were out of them theother day and Jasmine told me to come back in and she would have some made; so we did and they were wonderful as always. Thatwas going beyond service! Read more

had lunch 10/19.. our order was simple from the lunch menu, #5 and #6 with Tea. Order came out quickly, and my food was good..... here lies the problem: Two lunch specials and tea totals $24.25, I add $4 tip making the grand total to 28.25, my handwriting isvery clear, no mistakes could have been made, server checks me out from our table, I check my account the next day and wascharged $33.25 I guess 20% tip was not good enough? Somehow it got changed to $9.00? that is a 37% tip.. I always tip well, Ifeel my 20% was adequate for lunch time, server only came to our table once, gave us our food, and returned to check us out..quick and easy nothing special, or over the top... so no need for an inflated tip!!! There goes 250 dollars outthe door and one upset wife!!! God bless you Garcia family. We will not ever go there again!!! Read more

Food was good a bit pricey for rice n beans, fajitas were good. Service was just ok. Server could have done better with... refill drinks. Had to flag her down each time. Chips n salsa are fine. Just pricey for simple Mexican food. Not overlyimpressed for the money. Read more

The food here was excellent! They serve a wide variety of traditional recipes including many wonderful seafood offerings. I had... the chili rellenos, which was very good served with a homemade guacamole the had a bit of spice to it. The star, however, wasthe tamales that my wife had. They were moist and flavorful. This place is worth going out of your way to visit! Read more

Ok. I lived in Mexico as a child until I was about 7 years old, then again as an adult from 1988 until 2005. I know my Mexican... food. Today was my first time to Garcia's and I ordered a Chimichanga, my wife ordered fish. She was not happy because shewanted grilled fish and was served fried fish, but she seemed to like it just the same (my wife is Mexican so she knows, ofcourse her Mexican food). I was pleased with my plate, the Chimichanga was tasty, the sour cream and miniscule serving ofguacamole were good. I did not enjoy the rice, but that is really no reflection on the restaurant, I am simply not a fan of whatthey call in Mexico "sopa de aroz" being rice with tomato sauce, and the beans were ok but nothing special. The restaurant wasclean, the service was decent, people were friendly and polite, the price (and I am a tight wad) was reasonable. I will go backthe next time I feel like Mexican food. In conclusion, I would recommend giving this place a try. Read more
