The ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. We went twice and each time the service was Worse than TERRIBLE. It took over... 45 minutes to get served and forget a live body helping you. The Kiosk is the pits and a waste of time. Go to Burher King nextdoor at least you get service from a HUMAN. Read more
Came through after an absolutely awful work night wanting some crushed ice for my drink; lobby was unfortunately closed. An... employee named Sandy greeted my coworker and I in the drive thru with a lot of enthusiasm & immediately cheered both of us up;not only that, he got crushed ice for me from the lobby despite it being on an automatic schedule. Big shout out to April today! We came in today, to get a cup of coffee, from my mom's favorite place, (where we get senior... coffee)... We got here, and went to go place an order at the kiosk... Then found out: "senior coffee" isn't even offered on thekiosk. April dropped everything she was doing, and went to place the order at the register, and then... John even made sure wegot a fresh pot of coffee made for my mom. Big thanks to all the staff up here at McDonald's... There's a reason we keep comingback! Read more
So our food was good and fresh our dining experience was terrible. I witnessed a lady be very rude to an elderly man that walked... in the restaurant wanting to order something. She stated they were short staffed and she did not have time to help him with anorder. As only the kiosks were being used. When he stated he couldn't do it she said well he's just going to have to gosomewhere else. I was very taken back and when I asked to speak with the manager was stunned to find out this lady was themanager. Read more
Ordering online is awesome for lunch time I get there I bring my own drink and let me refill it I order most of the time two... double yeah cheeseburgers and a medium or large fry it's about $6.90 seems cheaper than just waiting in line for the drive-thruand I only have to wait maybe two three minutes for it and I'll get back to work always late that's me hour and a half they say30 minutes but I'll take an hour and a half McDonald's is great y'all check it out Read more
I ordered something new which I didn't really care for it was a half lemonade and half Sprite kind of drink. We weren't very... hungry but we grabbed a large fry anyway and it was excellent. It's very clean and very cute. :) Read more
