I have been buying one of their pizza Specials but now the price has gone up 80%. This is no longer value for your money. I will... go to Mama's Pizza it is much better pizza anyway. Papa Johns just lost a long time customer. I think businesses are takingadvantage of todays climate and over pricing. Read more
Pizza was never delivered and when I called the Manager was rude and not accomodating, and hung up on me. I asked if they could... remake my pizza and deliver it and the response was "the pizza sits under a heat lamp so it stays pretty fresh". Asked if theycould just refund my money and was told that they could not do that. Do not recommend this location. Read more
If you are hungry, don?t order from Papa Johns! They failed to deliver almost everything in my order. When I called to have... them deliver what they forgot, I was told that they would have to owe me what I paid for and didn?t get unless I wanted to driveall the way over there and pick it up. WHAT?!? Wish I could take back my tip and delivery fee. They ruined our meal that wewaited well over an hour to get. Guess I?ll have a bologna sandwich after paying almost $40 for stuff we didn?t get. Pizza was good but breadsticks came with the smallest container of marinara sauce I've ever seen, and it was only half full. 3... breadsticks and gone, had to throw rest of breadsticks away. Read more
The pizza is amazing but the customer service is awful.
