This place was a sad situation. We showed up on a Saturday at around 3:00 in the afternoon. There was a sign on the door... indicating they were hiring managers. We walked in and the place was empty. Completely empty. There was no one at the front doorpodium to receive us and zero indication of any employee activity until we walked all the way in to the back. Some kid told uswhere to go sit and a manager emerged from the kitchen. She looked distraught and disheveled. We left at once. This place isn'tgoing to last long. I've eaten at Pizza huts across the United States, and so far only 3 pizza huts have been able to do it right . I usually get a... gooey undone in the middle. Granbury, TX Pizza hut really did a outstanding job with my pizza, done perfectly. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for an order of cheese bread they forgot about twice in the parking lot. Instead of the Manager taking charge... and showing some initiative she passed the responsibility and blame on her kitchen staff. Leadership skills need improvement. Read more

Staff was unprofessional in front of us. My fiancé and I along with my nieces and nephew went for dinner and we could hear the... employees yelling and talking about orders in a negative way. With 6 of us, we ordered a lot of ranch to go along with ourpizzas. Our waitress did not mention to us that the ranch packages were not free so when we received our ticket we ended uppaying over 10 dollars for just ranch! Just feel like the waitress should have disclosed the cost of ranch before we orderedextra! Read more
The pizza was cold and tasted like it had sat around for hours. The pizza toppings were very scant. I have seen a greater amount... of toppings on frozen pizza from the grocery store. The chicken wings were cold and hard. Some of the wings didn't even havesauce. I ordered a cheese shaker and that was missing completely. The whole meal was a colossal waste of money. Read more
Yeah, ordered food for delivery and didn't get what I ordered. Wanted breaded boneless garlic parmesan wings and got medium... buffalo wings (that have bones) and to make it 'right' they gave me 10 dollars of app credit. (Your order has to be 13 dollarsto get delivery) So not only did I not get what I wanted, I can't use the money I got back unless I buy more pizza! Talk aboutabout lousy. They didn't even offer any other form of doing this. No charge back or delivery of what I wanted. It was animmediate 10 store credit. Not happy about that! I just wanted food at work. Read more
